Training Programs

Red Chris mine is implementing initiatives to support skills development and advanced education for the workforce. Given the scale of development projected for the northwest region (and across the country), Red Chris is working with government, the Tahltan communities, industry, educational and training institutions to establish training programs for the current and future workforce at Red Chris. With over half of the workforce residing in northern British Columbia, the delivery of programs is focused on being accessible for the personnel.
