Brian has been involved in exploration, permitting, development, commissioning, operation and reclamation of numerous mines and mineral properties including Red Chris, Mount Polley, Huckleberry, Sterling, Nickel Plate, Goldstream and Castle Mountain mines. In 1995, as President of Bethlehem Resources Corporation, Brian negotiated the merger between Imperial and Bethlehem. Brian was awarded the E.A. Scholz Medal (2007) for outstanding contribution to the development and sustainability of mines in British Columbia. Brian is a Civil Engineer (B.Ap.Sc. UBC) and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of BC and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Andre has extensive experience encompassing all aspects of debt and equity mining finance, taxation and financial reporting ranging from grassroots exploration to mine development and production.
Don was involved with the Mount Polley mine development and operations from 1996-2001, and rejoined Imperial in 2005. Prior, Don was President and General Manager of Tercon Enterprises, Fort McMurray, and he held senior mine operating positions with Homestake Mining Company and Westar Mining.
Darb Dhillon joined Imperial in 2017. Prior, Darb was Director of Finance for Newmarket Gold Inc. until its acquisition by Kirkland Lake Gold (Dec 2016). Darb is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 10 years of financial planning and strategy, treasury, accounting and M&A analysis experience. He has held finance and accounting roles with Jemi Fibre, SNC Lavalin, Exeter Resources and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Darb obtained his MPAcc from the University of Saskatchewan and a B.Comm. from the University of Victoria.
Randall was appointed Vice President Operations in July 2018, and Red Chris Mine General Manager in November 2018. Randall held various roles at Huckleberry Mines Ltd. since 2012, including President (Sept 2016). Randall was instrumental in implementation of the Huckleberry Main Zone Optimization plan which extended the mine life, and the permitting and construction of TMF3 (the second tailings storage facility on the site). Randall has also held positions at JDS Silver Inc. as Chief Operating Officer, Equinox Minerals Limited as Project Director of the Jabal Sayid Mine, and Sherwood Copper Corp. as Mine General Manager of the Minto Mine.
Jim has worked in exploration, development and mining of various deposits within North America for over 30 years. He joined Imperial in 2009 as Exploration Manager, and was appointed Vice President Exploration in 2018. Prior, Jim was Vice President Exploration with Selkirk Metals and Cross Lake Minerals.
Sheila was appointed Vice President Marketing in September 2017. She has over 20 years experience in managing and administering commodity sales and logistics. Sheila joined Imperial in 1995 with the merger of Imperial and Bethlehem Resources, and has held various roles of increasing responsibility, including the position of Marketing Manager, since 2011.
