Imperial Metals Corporation (III-TSX) - Imperial reports the results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Company’s Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on May 29, 2013.
Election of Directors At the meeting, the number of directors was increased to six. The following individuals were elected as Directors of the Company until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Company, or until their successors are elected or appointed. The results were as follows:
